If Babybellies reasonably believes that you are providing untrue, inaccurate or incomplete information, we may choose to suspend or terminate your account.

Availability

You agree that because of the nature of the Internet, our online shopping service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We are not liable to you if we are unable to supply a particular item, but will endeavour to deliver a substitute line where possible. Moreover, we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalisation settings.

Although we will always try to cater for all your orders, large quantities of promotional lines ordered will be fulfilled at the discretion of the store.

Babybellies may modify or discontinue from time to time, whether permanently or temporarily, any or all of its services with or without any notice. As such, we shall not be liable to you nor to any third party for any such modification or discontinuance of our services.

Placing of Orders

Any orders that you place will be by way of transaction via the Babybellies website or via our our office directly.

Payment

You can pay with either Master, Visa, Diners club or American Express credit cards.

Authority for payment is given at the time of order, folllowed by a debit from your account. Delivery charges do apply.

You can also pay via Direct deposit (via cash or cheque) / Internet transfer into our bank account and faxing through your deposit slip as proof of payment with your order number as reference.

Babybellies reserves the right to ask for proof of identity and a copy of your credit card to verify your details.

Delivery

Deliveries will only be made to the delivery address selected on checkout.

If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods will be retained by the driver, who will leave notification of delivery and will telephone to rearrange or will return later that day if possible.

Returns

We trust you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be occasions where you feel its necessary to return an item.

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase or if the product is in any way faulty, it can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods will only be accepted on prior arrangement and if the item is still in its original packaging and has not been modified in any way. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice and a reason for return.

Cancellation

If for any reason you need to cancel an order, you can do so by contacting us.

Liability

Although we will offer you the best service we possibly can, we make no promise that our online shopping services will entirely meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error free.

Apart from the provisions of sections 43(5) and 43(6) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, neither Babybellies nor any of its agents or representatives shall be liable for any damage, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use or inability to use this website or the services or content provided from and through this website. Furthermore, Babybellies makes no representations or warranties, implied or otherwise, that, amongst others, the content and technology available from this website are free from errors or omissions or that the service will be 100% uninterrupted and error free.
