Sauce: Full cream Milk, Cheese, Butter, Flour, Nutmeg
This is our range for the Independent eater…1 to 100. Full of protein, veggies and your bit of starch.
Defrost, heat in saucepan (might have to add a little water or milk to make sauce runny) and serve.
Tip: Served with Avocado pieces, Cucumber slices or Broccoli
