Ingredients: Meatballs:Free Range Beef & Ostrich Mince, Apple, Chicken Stock, Fresh Oregano
Veggie sauce: Carrots, Tomatoes, Baby Marrow, Red Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Olive oil, Tomato Sauce

NO added Salt, Sugar, Preservatives.

Heating: Defrost, heat in Saucepan (the foil container is microwave safe) and serve

Serving suggestions: Serve with any starch, such as rice, mash or Pasta
Add a green salad or steamed veggies.
