We all LOVE pizza, but sometimes we don’t have the dough and time to make it.
Here is my easy-eggy-pizza: serve 1
- 1x Stage 2 veggie block (I like using Baby Marrow Delight or Sweet Potato & Greens)
- 1x egg
- stir/mix together, pour into warm pan (small)
- cook over low heat till set
- add any pizza like toppings (remember the grated cheese)
- cut into pizza triangles
