We all LOVE pizza, but sometimes we don’t have the dough and time to make it.
Here is my easy-eggy-pizza: serve 1

  • 1x Stage 2 veggie block (I like using Baby Marrow Delight or Sweet Potato & Greens)
  • 1x egg
  • stir/mix together, pour into warm pan (small)
  • cook over low heat till set
  • add any pizza like toppings (remember the grated cheese)
  • cut into pizza triangles
